Silicone gel-filled breast implants consist of a shell, silicone gel filler, and a base cap. The shell incorporates a barrier layer. Both the shell and the base cap are made of MED-4735 medical-grade, two-part, addition-cure silicone rubber; the filler is composed of MED-6300 medical-grade silicone gel; and the barrier layer is made of MED-6601 medical-grade silicone rubber. All these raw materials are produced by NuSil Technology LLC (USA). The silicone gel-filled breast implants feature a lifelike appearance and a soft tactile feel, with an average surface roughness (Ra) of the shell ranging from 10 µm to 50 µm, and can withstand a static rupture force exceeding 2000 N.
